How to create a DxDiag on Windows, or a macOS System Report

Right-click on the Windows start button

The Windows start button is typically in the bottom-left corner of your screen.

Click on `Run`

Enter the text below

dxdiag

Click `OK`

Click on `Save All Information...`

Wait for the green progress bar to disappear first.

Open the Apple menu

Click on `System Settings...`

Switch to the `General` tab

Click on `About`

Click on `System Report...`

You may need to scroll down to see this button.

Click on `File` in the menu bar

Click on `Save...`
