How to create a DxDiag on Windows, or a macOS System Report
Right-click on the Windows start button
The Windows start button is typically in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
Click on Run
Enter the text below
dxdiag
Click OK
Click on Save All Information...
Wait for the green progress bar to disappear first.
Open the Apple menu
Click on System Settings...
Switch to the General tab
Click on About
Click on System Report...
